Hispanic Heritage Month is September 15 through October 15. Join us in celebrating the generations of Hispanic-Americans who have positively influenced our nation.

 

You are invited to enjoy lunch at Bruin Dining, cultural displays, music by Fernando and Julian Pulido, and a conversation with Yesenia Valenzuela.

 

Lunch Menu:

• Chicken Enchiladas Verdes
• Quesabirria Tacos

Toppings: lime wedges, diced onions, diced tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, salsa roja, sour cream, avocado, and pico de gallo

 

Sides: corn & black bean salad, cilantro rice
